The Tour de France Femme

The 4th edition of the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift will start in Brittany, with a first stage located in the heart of Morbihan and a second crossing the Finistère.

It is a first for this event, which honours a region deeply rooted in cycling culture.

The 2025 edition will also mark a historic turning point for the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift, which will extend for the first time over nine days of competition.

Step 1: Valves - Plumelec | 26 July 2025 | 95km

The stage will begin at the port of Vannes, where the boats slowly swing on the Gulf of Morbihan, and will pass through Arradon, the cradle of Nolann Le Garrec, the new rising star of the French rugby.

But be careful, the highlight of the show will be the arrival in Plumelec, on the famous circuit where the coast of Cadoudal (1.7 km to 6.2%) saw more battles than the last successful action film! This rise was the scene of dramas and triumphs at the Morbihan Grand Prix, for both men and women.

And icing on the cake, it is here that Bernard Hinault and Alejandro Valverde put on the Yellow Maillot of the Tours de France 1985 and 2008. So hang on, it'll go up!

Step 2: Brest - Quimper | 27 July 2025 | 130km

In Brest, the Place de la Liberté will relive the glorious moments of the Grand Départ du Tour 2021, as a good wine that comes out for great occasions. The racers will set off on a more rugged route than a mountain road, crossing Châteaulin and climbing the coasts of Menez Quelerc

And for the finale, direction Quimper, where cyclists will make loops in the city before finishing in beauty at the top of a bump from 1 km to 4.8%, the Stang Bihan. That's where Peter Sagan showed who was the boss by winning the 5th stage of the 2018 Tour. So hang your helmets, it'll shake!

Step 3: The Gacilly - Angers | 28 July 2025 | 162km

It is from La Gacilly, already the star of the Tour de Bretagne and the Tour de l'Avenir, that our brave cyclists will start to say goodbye to Brittany.

This city, the birthplace of Yves Rocher, the King of Cosmetics, is a veritable flower garden that lies in the green valley of the Aff. Suffice to say that our sportsmen will trade the smell of bitumen for a bouquet of flowers!
